What Should I Do For High SGPT And SGOT In Pregnancy ?

I am pregnent & this is my 34 weeks is ruuning, My SGPT & SGOT rate is 621, 602 respectively, pls. suggest me what should i do?

The values of SGOT and SGPT you mentioned are very high, These indicate severe liver damage, Consult a gastroenterologist for the same and get the test repeated.

Till then you have to be on strict fat free diet as fat can worse the condition.
