Pain between shoulders in back, stool has white balls, bouts of tachycardia. IGG deficient, asthma, elevated liver enzyme. GB ?

I have igg deficiency, asthma , and I have pain between my shoulders in my back. My stool has little white balls in it and I feel short of breath. I also have bouts of tachycardia and low grade fevers, I have had tons of medical exams. The only test I haven t had are Gallbladder exams. My colonoscopy found nodules in my ilium but they tested negative for Crohn s. Could this be a GB problem? My CT showed one elevated liver enzyme.

Hi,

Your description about the pain and elevated liver enzymes with the change in the nature of your stool suggest gall bladder problem, so it is better to do ultrasound imaging to your abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi I am a 36yr old female who suffers with mild asthma take salbutamol and seretide 100 1 puff x 2 daily. I also take ramipril 5mg once daily and simvistatin 40mg once daily. For the last 6 weeks I have had flu like symptoms with a really dry hacking cough. Originally I also had some diarrohea and really green phlegm . I took a course of amoxicillin and th esymptoms started to clear ie phlegm was clear, cough lessened. After just 2 days I started getting low grade fevers of 38.0, 38.1 etc and had really sharp pains around the back of lungs area and the sides of my chest . The pain then spread so i went to A & E where they done a QV scan to ruile out a clot. All was ok so I was sent home. I continued to get these really sharp stabby pains so I went back to my gp who prescribed another course of amoxicillin 500mg . The green phlegm cleared up again but the pain continued . I finished the antibiotics and continued to experience the pain as well as the dry hacking cough . I still continued to have a low grade fever . I went back to my gp again last week . She prescribed prednisilone 30mg for 5 days and co amoxiclav 500mg x 3 daily. I have taken the pred and discontinued the antibiotic as they were making me vomit. I still keep experiencing really sharp pain around the back of my lungs and around my left breast area. I also get pains in both of my arms and shoulders. people keep commenting on how blue my lips look . I have had 2 12 lead ECG s which cme back normal . The second one showed slight sinus tachycardia but apparently that was due to my temp being a bit high . I am scared to death as my dad died from a heart attack aged 47 . Any ideas to whether this could be a pleurisy or pneumonia please . Thanks for reading

I was having chest and neck shoulder pain for past few days and before that I was feeling weakness in my left arm...went for an ECG which showed sinus tachycardia, borderline inferior Q waves and borderline T abnormalities, inferior leads.....plus I got my blood enzyme test which proved to be negative....total CK 111 and troponin T * 0.003; but I m still having the pain in my back and underarms...what could be the reason??

I ate some chinese takeaway food yesterday and started feeling like my throat was closing up and almost as if I was having difficulty breathing a few hours after eating it. I suspected it may have been an allergic reaction , maybe to the MSG in the food (although I have never had one ever before) I took some antihistamines and it eventually went away. However, I woke up this morning and I have a pretty bad headache, stomach cramps and diarrhea . I m just confused as the symptoms this morning point to food poisoning yet I am not vomiting, and the throat closing points to an allergic reaction. It has now been close to 16 hours some eating the meal so vomiting would have happened by now. It would be great if I could get a response. Thanks, Thomas

about 2 weeks ago, I fell down, lost concoiusness (so I m told) for 30 or so seconds. Was taken to ER and 3 stitches later came home. Have never been one to have headaches , but have been getting them quite frequently as of late. Last evening I started getting massive cold sweats, nausea , dizziness , and quite irritable. This morning I threw up about 1/2 cup or so. of some really thick, very gross stuff. I also have noticed today shortness of breath and that the pain I m in chest I m also feeling in my back........Now the twist is, I get a lot of intergestion . I have severe GERD . The 5 swallows of muscles in throat don t work......on the scale of 0 to 100 %......My 1st is at 30% the other 4 alll work at 0%, great........I take 2 Nexiums and a ratadine at night. Plus the head of my bed is raised 6 inches. I also chew Rolaids somtimes for quick relief. Acidity in stomach and throat was either 57 or 67% both in a laying positions during the night and standing during day.
