Question: Hi,
I am a 23 years old male, working in an MNC. For the last few years(5-6) I am having some physical and psychological problems.

1. Physical problems:
Most of the physical problems are related to the habit of masturbation as I have experienced them.
I am not really sure if masturbating for thrice or more in a week affects the liver making it to malfunction and causing acidity.
But I have experienced the fact in real that I am having serious acidity for next 1 or 2 weeks after masturbation(more than once a week) and after these weeks of suffering from acidity,
the problem gets cured by itself and reoccurs on masturbating. I also have palm sweating problem and because of that I avoid hand shaking which is really frustrating.

2. Psychological problems:
I am a highly ambitious person and want to achieve the best thing in the world. But I have very poor concentration. I don't prefer but I like to dream about sexual relationship with some pretty girl I know and masturbate instantly.
This makes me to feel disgusted about myself. I tried hard to get rid of this in order to focus to my goal but I failed.

I want a healthy and normal life.
Please help me to get cured.

Brief Answer:
Acidity and liver dysfunction are unrelated to masturbation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can understand your concerns.

Few psychological issues of yours are common in many individuals.

They may require therapy only if they are hindering your daily activities on a regular basis.

To clarify few facts, Masturbation is not related to liver dysfunctions and problems of acidity.

Acidity could be due to multiple factors like diet, working environment, stress, alcohol etc.A short course of drugs like Pantoprazole for 2 weeks will help to resolve your issue.Avoid alcohol, fried and fatty spicy food if any.

Concerning your psychological issues, I advise you to attend yoga and meditation camps to improve the levels of your concentration. This will really help you to stay away from distractions.

In order to stay away from masturbation, I advise you to visit the following links-

Thank you for your kind suggestions. I shall definitely join a yoga class. The video that you have referred is really motivating.
But in my previous question I have mentioned another physical problem of palm sweating. Can you please suggest me what to do with that?

Brief Answer:
Surgical therapy offers cure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

Palm sweating in your case is a distinct entity.

This is known as Palmar hyperhidrosis. This issue is difficult to treat.

It offers temporary relief when treated with medications like Glycopyrrolate.

With a surgical procedure known as Endoscopic video T4 sympathectomy, a definitive cure is possible.

Hence outcome is based on the option you choose.
