What Should I Do For Burnt Chest?

I spilled boiling water on my chest most of my shirt got wet but the chest was exposed to the hot water for 2-3 seconds. The pain is not high as I can shrug it off just slight sting like most burns but the skin is red, besides placing aloe vera and wet cloths what should I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that you got superficial burn on your skin giving redness.
It is likely that there might be having blisters after some time.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
If blisters are developed, go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Ok and take care.
