Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you.

I am Dr. kakkar (Dermatologist).
I have noted your concern.
You seem to have developed irritant dermatiti to Dettol.
I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily. It is a prescription steroid.
In addition you may also take a tab. cetrizine once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Brief Answer:
Irritant dermatitis to Savlon

Detailed Answer:
thank you.
I have viewed the image. The scrotal skin seems inflammed and it certainly is due to irritant dermatitis to savlon - savlon burn.
I suggest you to apply either fluticasone propionate 0.05%cream(Flutivate cream) Or Mometasone furoate 0.1%cream(Momate cream), twice daily for a week.

My son had a small red itchy bump at the edge of his bottom a few days ago. We thought it was a bug bite. He scratched it and it got bigger and scabbed over. My 4 year old son was stung on the top of his ear this afternoon. That area has turned purple. Is this normal? Or a sign that he might be allergic? I don't know if I should take him to the doctor or just ice it. What do you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

Dear Doctor,
Early morning I sneeze continuously almost 1-2 minutes.after that I feel very uncomfort and my nostrils gets blocked.
Only after 2-3 hours I could be able to have the normal position. What is all about this and what should I do to get rid off from it.
