Have sun burn face, shoulders, chest, legs. Applied aloe vera, eye swollen. What to do?

Hello. I am on vacation and have been to the beach 2 times already. I got really burnt my first time. I got burnt under my eyes and my forehead and on my shoulders chest and legs. My mom put on aloe Vera on my face and around my body where I got burnt but I feel like it didn't even help and it made my eye swollen. Plwase what should I do?????
