Hi welcome to HCM.
Loss of peripheral vision in your case is due uncontrolled elevation of blood pressure leading to stroke. This can also contribute to peripheral tingling and numbness due to associated neuropathy.Tight control of the blood pressure is most needed to control such complications. The range of blood pressure that is needed is 110-130/60-90 mm Hg.Antihypertensives and Antiplatelets can be safely managing drugs.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
