What Should Be Done To Avoid Panic/ Anxiety Caused By The Presence Of Benign PVCs, PACS And SVT?

I've been tested and told my PVCs, PACS and SVT are benign, yet they still cause me horrible panic and anxiety. I am in therapy and take meds for anxiety/depression, as well as a beta blocker for a little symptom relief. I'm just at the end of my rope, these heart palps are ruining me and I don't know why I can't accept that they won't kill me.

hi, treated PVCs and SVT are harmless. As you are already on required drugs, you need to make sure if the dosage is adequate enough. some drugs used for depression may worsen palpitations in some people. discuss with your cardiologist and you will get an answer. alternatively, you may try yoga or meditation which can reduce your functional component and can make you happy and symptomless. hope this helped.
