Hello and welcome,

Please do not worry so much. It is not uncommon for products to remain inside the uterus. This is called incomplete abortion. A small procedure called check curettage is needed to remove them. If done early there is no compromise to fertility. Rarely they may get infected and cause a foul smelling discharge and fever. Since you are not having these symptoms, it is unlikely that they are infected. So just get them removed as soon as possible after seeing your doctor.

Hope this satisfies your query.
