What Is The Treatment For Stomach Ache And Dizziness In A Child?
My 8 year old daughter complains of stomach aches (upper abdomen)and dizziness, once or twice a week. Her stomach hurts most often a few hours after eating and when lying down at bed time, but at other times as well. What could be the cause of such diffuse symptoms?
