Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

In reference to your query for reducing swelling over nose , appeared due to accidental trauma, I would like to tell you that here it it is necessary to rule out any fracture of nose or face before treating it because if fracture is there and not taken care off than it is impossible to treat facial swelling.

So please do an X-Ray nose and face to rule out fracture. If there is any fracture than consultation with specialist becomes necessary otherwise you may do-

1- Cold compression of swollen area.

2- Tab Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase.

3- Don't do any massage etc.

This will help you.

Regards.
