Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be due to the measles, infection, it is viral infection, charectarised by the small sized rash. it would have been present in the mouth as well hence causing the dribbling of saliva from the mouth.
As it is a self liming disease, it has cleared its own.
If some rash or the fever is persisting, consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
