What Is The Solution For Constant Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Pain?
I am 55 years old and have been having lower back pain in the middle of my back and lower abdominal pain daily. The abdominal pain is severe early in the morning just before I have a bile movement. The back pain is mild to severe during the night and when I m on my feet for long periods of time

Abdominal pain along with middle back pain can be due to pancreatitis mostly gall stone induced. need to visit a general physician to rule out this. He might require usg or mri also if he suspects the same. Other posibility is gastritis with myofacial low back pain. Pls visit early for proper history, examination and relevant test to a family physician to find out exact cause
