Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Acute pain due to sciatica is related to nerve root compression. Taking methylcobalamin will help. She can also have medicines like pregabalin for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
