What Is The Remedy For Severe Bloating And Abdominal Pain In A Smoking And Alcohol Addict ?

From last few months i am suffering from abdomen bloating and sometime has a liquidy stool . I have taken lots of treatment of antibiotoic ( cefixime ordinazole) pre & per biotic and pantaprazole. but i got a relief of only few days again after some day i feel bloating and abdomen pain.Doctors suggest me its a Colitis . I did all my test of SGPT and Stool but they are normal. Some times i take alcohal and cigrattes. So please suggest me what the main cause of it and alcohal is harmful in this case or not.

Dear manisharyan1983, welcome to hcm.
ur symptoms suggest of gastritis & colitis too.
please check on the food intake. avoid food from hotels/restaurants completely. avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
take rabeprazole 20mg, half an hour before breakfast instead of pantoprazole for a better relief.
DO NOT take antibiotics without the advice of a doctor. sometimes, plenty of antibiotics might lead to such a scenario too.
Please maintain a record of all the medications ur taking whatsoever which will help in further follow ups.

Hello manisharyan1983,

Welcome at HCM.
First thing is alcohal taken in abnormal high doses is always harmful whatever your condition is.
It harms more when you are already sick.
You must improve your hygiene of your food you take daily.
It is the feces oral root which is the main cause for colon infection.
When you have IBS than this Un hygiene causes more trouble.
You must also take a course of worms infestations.
