What Is The Remedy For Knee Pain And Chronic Aching In Hips After Being Diagnosed With Tendinitis Around Hip?
I spend approx 12 hours a day driving, my knees/legs & shins as well as one of my hips are aching chronically. I ve been diagnosed with tendinitis around my hip. I m wondering if my leg pains are down to PFPS. Really Really getting me down & affecting the quality of my life.
