Your symptoms looks more like Sinusitis and from your explanation there is a possibility of infection in sinuses post allergy. So once you should consult an Emergency room or an ENT Physician and get checked. A sinus x ray should also be done to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms Along with anti allergy medicines, if there is infection, you can also be advised antibiotics like Amox-clav and along with it decongestant nasal sprays like otrivin can be advised. Also doing steam inhalation and saline nasal irrigation will help in improvement.. Also avoid too much exposure from dust and use a mouthmask when you go out.
