Hi, I can understand the concern for small, red bumps on chest, stomach and back. I have gone through your query with diligence and after reading your history it appears that you have developed heat boils or simply saying folliculitis.
THis is a common sequel after any blockage in the oil glands or irritation to the hair root. You do not worry about it as is a very common phenomenon which we see in day today practice.
I advise you to not pinch or pop the area otherwise these areas are very prone for getting secondary infection. For time being period you can apply antibiotic cream such as fucidin or mupirocin and take antihistamine tablet such as loratadine or cetrizine. Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem.
Take care
