What Is The Meaning Of The Blood Test In 29th Week Of Pregnancy?

I am 29 weeks pregnant and my last blood test indicated that my hemoglobin was 9.6 which makes me slightly anemic but what was of more concern was that the test for white blood cells which was suppose to be 0 was 1. I was told it was 1 millicite over the norm and that I had low immature white blood cells and extra white blood cells. Honestly I am confused as to what all this means.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your hemoglobin is slightly below normal and this can be treated by taking iron tonics and nutrient rich diet. The white blood cell result needs to be analyzed in detail. May I request you to send in the complete blood test report.
