Hello, Primolut is contraindicated in pregnancy, so please stop it. It can cause virilization of a female fetus if the medication is given at around the time of sex differentiation. Duphaston is safe to use in pregnancy. The use of progesterone at this stage of pregnancy is mostly done when hormone insufficiency is suspected. It has nothing to do with the myoma. If the myoma is small enough, it can be left for observation. Else, active management is needed to avoid possible pressure on the growing pregnancy. Hope this helps.
