Dear Friend, If ultrasound has shown that both the babies are viable, and the bleeding is from behind the placenta of one baby, you should take complete bed rest along with the Duphastone. Duphastone is Progesterone preparation that will help stabilizing the pregnancy. Also take Tab. Folic acid which will help the placental cells to grow and heal the separation. Frequent monitoring is required in this case to find the status of placental separation. If the placenta is in the lower part of the uterus, then you will have to be on the guard and monitor whether it develops into placenta praevia subsequently.
