i have been having severe stomach pains that i was not able to sleep at all..then suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my heart ..i had an ultrasound done over my abdominal area but everything seems fine..what is this?is it heartburn or is it something worse?please tell me..and there this pain that i also feel in gall bladder..and also my "balls" has a problem too..the left one "drops" lower than the other one..i would really appreciate if you could diagnose me..the doctors here in my locality cant even tell what my sickness is..
Hello, I can understand your concern for your symptoms 1) Yes, your symptoms are related to heartburn. Most common reason for it is GERD in which stomach acid re-flux back into esophagus and produce inflammation in lower part of esophagus. 2) This can be confirmed with upper GI endoscopy. 3) anti-acidity medication, medication to promote stomach movement are mainstay of treatment for GERD. 4) The pain which is described by you as gall bladder pain might be due to GERD also. (Extension of same pain in gall bladder region) 5) Having left testicle at slightly lower position than right is normal.
