What Is The Cause Of Pregnancy Kicks When Not Pregnant?

I was recently in the ER with severe lower abdominal pain right below and around my belly button. They booked an appointment to see a specialist but since then, I am experiencing flutters in the same area like pregnancy kicks but I am not pregnant. I am voncenred. What could be the underlying cause

Sometimes movements of the bowels can be interpreted as pregnancy kicks.
Continuously thinking about pregnancy can also lead to this type of symptoms.
After consulting your doctor, get examined and go for ultrasound examination.
This will help in ruling out the possibility of pregnancy and also to find out the cause for kicking type of movements.
In case of gastritis, taking antacids can releive the problem.
Maintain regular bowel habits, avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water and nutritious food.
