Hi,

Since you had your menstrual cycles although earlier than usual, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Kindly rule out other causes of abdominal pain like appendicitis, diverticulitis ,renal stones or gastritis / colitis.

I would suggest you to take an abdominal / pelvic ultrasound to rule out any other cause of abdominal pain.Ruling out all the emergency condition is very important. Hence, it is essential that you visit your physician immediately for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
