What Is The Cause Of Pelvic Pain And White Thick Discharge?

Hi I'm 22 and my fiancee and I have been trying to get pregnant. Recently i've noticed a white thick discharge with no odor and pelvic pain on the left side. I usually get the discharge right before my period but the pelvic pain accompanied by it is new like within the past two days. Ive been pregnant before and had a miscarriage im also rh negative. My concern is the pelvic pain. Its mainly a dull annoying pain.

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
I think you should have a trans-vaginal ultrasound to find out the cause of this pain. Also have vaginal swab test to investigate this discharge.
If you are late for your periods, serum beta hCG is also needed to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
Easiest way is to visit a Gynecologist & have a personalized review.
Best regards.
