What Is The Cause Of A Strange Taste From My Lungs?

My mouth has had a strange taste coming from my lungs or sinuses for about 2 weeks. 2 days ago I began having diarrhea, vomiting and fever of about 102. Since this the taste in my mouth is distinctly chlorine or bleach. Almost unbearable. No cough, but I always have sinus and allergy type issues. Help! Is this an infection?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely sinusitis. In such cases you may get taste or smell of infected mucous from sinus.A physical examination with otorhinolarngologist confirms that. For such condition i recommend my patients with antibiotics like amoxicillin and clavulanic acid.I also give nasal decongesants and advise them to take steam inhalation. If no improvement then i recommend x ray examination of paranasal sinuses and puncture and drain sinus if needed.Hope this ma help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
