What Is The Cause For Burning Sensation Near My Vaginal Opening Considering I Am Sexually Active?

Hello. Today while I was in school I noticed a burning sensation near my vaginal opening. When I got home I looked and noticed little bumps on only one side of the opening. I do have a sexual partner. We ve been dating for 4 years and I ve only ever done anything sexual with him and he with me. Were both clean from STDs. I just got off my period yesterday (February 5) and I had noticed that it hurt to put the tampon in the last few days of my period. Is it possible that the bumps are cause by irritation from pushing the tampon in?

Yes,your symptoms is most likely due to irritation and you may have infection.
You need clinical examination and investigations.
You need routine hemogram,RBS,urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity and ultrasound of abdomen.
If infection is diagnosed then you need to take antibiotics and antihistaminics.
