Best way to loose weight is
Calculate your BMI.
Divide your food portion.
Decrease your calorie intake.
Do yoga ,aerobics ,dance to burn off calories.
Skipping and swimming are best.
Don eat junk food.
Eat small 6 meals a day
Drink 4 to 5 litres of water and boost your metabolism.
Important facts are: your age, weight and BMI.( this will tell you what is a healthy weight for you)
Replacing the bad fat with healthy fats.
Green Tea beverage.
Fruits like Papaya, Pineapple will also help not only cleanse your colon but boost your metabolism. (Don't forget that other fruits are beneficial as well)

Work your ass out. Avoid alcohol. Make your lunch your heaviest meal of the day. Go light in the mornings preferably fruits(As per Ayurveda). Have your dinner no later than 8 pm. Chew your food well on eating and do not overeat.
O boy.This question cannot be answered so easily unless you decide to slog out and eat less.Would recommend you to eat atleast 2 hours before you go to sleep at night.Try an evening walk after your dinner for 10-20 minutes.I tried going on complete fruit diet but I guess my triglyceride levels went up because of it.

for the weight loss..u should do some yoga in the morning....first drink 1 glass of water then do some yoga excercises..then have light breakfast and tea..no fat /cholestrol

then have some thing with evening tea..lght

I m a obese fat woman 300lb s plus, I ve been trying really hard to lose weight, but to be real truthful, PEOPLE make it hard. I m tired of being laughed at and critizied, everytime I leave my house. Good evening. I have been on a low carb, high protein diet over the past 3 weeks and am enjoying this change of lifestyle. i only eat clean foods, plenty of fruit and veges, lean chicken and fish. Typical of everything the professionals tell you. I have been losing weight also which of course is a bonus. I started taking metamusil over the past 3 days in my morning juice plus drink 1 ltr of fresh water plus a couple of coffees daily. My problem now is, i have not used my bowels for the past 3 days and my flatulance has increased and really smells offensive. What do you suggest? Please help.
The last 3 days I ve passed stools that appear to have white clumps of a stringy like substance intertwined in it. I have changed my diet and eat more protein than usual. I also started working out. The diet change was about a month ago as well as the working out. Any idea what it could be? Is it just something associated with the high protein diet and a reduction in carb intake?

i am just back from a two week holiday in italy and since I have returned friends have commented that I have lost weight. had been on a diet and lost half a stone which was perfect for me. Gradually losing more very slowly. since holiday stomach gurgling loads, especially at night, it has even woken me up and though I never really have regular bowel movements my previous few have had a green look about them.
I am a 39 year male and I am urinating every 30 minutes to 1 hour. I don't have any pain or discoloration. Just concerned at how often im going I'd like to know what this could be if anything dangerous or to be concerned of.
