Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have azoospermia. It means there is no any sperm is there in your semen analysis.
It may be obstructive or may be non onsbstructive. If it is obsructive azoospermia then it may be cured by operation. And if it is productive defect then its non curable. For that you should go for fructose test for semen. If fructose is present then it is productive defect. If fructose is absent then it indicate obstructive defect. You should go for fructose test and testicular biopsy. Then take treatment accordingly.
