What Does White Clumpy Vaginal Discharge Indicate?
I am 19 and have been on Microgynon 30 for about 4 months. My partner and I have both been tested for STDs before having sex and all results were negative. However, a few months ago, I was found to have yeast infection and BV. I was treated for the yeast infection and it went away. However, because i had no symptoms for BV, the doctor advised me not to treat it, as there were chances it will go away by itself.
This month I noticed that I have a white, clumpy discharge that is sour to the taste. It does not smell bad and it is not excessive. So my question is if this can be because of the pill? Or can it be yeast infection again (however, the discharge is not accompanied by itching or any burning and the sour taste cannot be described as necessarily "bad").

Bacterial vaginosis most of the times will not cause symptoms like itching, recurrence is common, use medication for that, maintain personal hygiene.
