Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Sperm in urine is a rare finding and it may be due to prostatitis or retrograde ejaculation, which can happen when semen flows backwards during ejaculation and gets stuck, usually due to bladder problems.
Trace amount of albumin in urine is normal finding.
Up to 5 pus cells in urine are normal /HPF. However, pus cells due to prostatitis should be ruled out.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells. It is very common and is not concerning.
Other findings are also within normal limit.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
