What Does This Urinalysis Indicate?

sir my kid 2yrs 5 mts old had fever cold and cough for 3 days gave medicines after four days again had fever for 2 days 100degrees. had taken blood smear and urine complete. results show mild degree of normocytic hypochromic anaemia. and urine test shows 4-6 hpf pus cells and 2-5 epithelial cells and 1-2 rbc's. what does this mean? what could be the problem?

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
In urine 2 to 3 pus cells and epithelial cells are normally present. It doesn't suggest any abnormality. So its normal report. Your blood report suggest mild hypochromic anemia. Its due to nutritional deficiency of iron. So your blood report is also normal in other aspects. No any causes of fever is identified in that.
