i have an ecg done and results say sinus tachycardia, borderline left axis deviation, borderline low voltage, extremity leads, and nonspecific t abnormalities, anterior leads, and borderline prolonged qt intervals. if you could give me any information i would really appreciate it

Do not worry much. Let me solve your queries one by one.

1. Sinus tachycardia - increased heart rate
2. Left axis deviation - may be probably due to high B.P or may be normal
3. Coming to nonspecific T wave changes - The T wave represents ventricular (the bottom of the heart) repolarization (return to electrical baseline) which corresponds to a return to precontracted state. What does a nonspecific T-wave change mean? It's a very overused term that often means absolutely nothing. In general, T wave changes are very non-specific. They can occur with hyperventilation, anxiety, drinking hot or cold beverages, and positional changes.

Seeing your EKG would make this a lot easier.
