You need to write the complete semen analysis report for better opinion.Any way the count of 60 million is less but the bad thing is linear progressive which is 0%.The main thing that should improve is your sperm count then the motile percentage.If the motile percentage is above 60% then the report will be fine to be a father.Presently what you need to do is eat a healthy diet;take antioxidants;stop smoking if you are and better consult a Urologist/Andrologist who will examine you and treat you and the report will improve.
