Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your X ray shows the presence of possible lung infection. This needs to be treated with antibiotics and repeat X ray may be done to know if the problems is cleared. It would be important to know if you had any TB in the past.

The ECG pattern is normal but there might be an enlargement of one of the chambers (left atrium) and may need an echocardiography to understand it better.
