What Does The Following Lipid Profile Test Result Mean?

Hello doctor ,the last week i checked my lipid profile it was showing My total cholesterol 4.03 mmol/I 156mg/dl.H D L Cholesterol mmol/I 19 mg/dl. L D L- 1.93 mmol/I 74.6 mg/dl ,V L D L-1.61 mmol/I 62.4 mg/dl Triglycerides 3.52 mmol/l 312 mg /dl. blood sugar [fasting ] 5.61 mmol/L 101mg/dl.this is the test report . please let me know dr, how is my health now? i need to take any medicine now . or dr, suggest any food ? please let me know dr, what i need to do now the situation. Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your total cholesterol levels and LDL cholesterol is normal.
But your triglycerides level is higher and HDL is lower. You should take diet with low fat and high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Your blood sugar is borderline. You should go for repeat sugar test after a month. No any treatment is required right now.
