Hello and welcome to HCM,
An infarct in spleen can occur due to reduced blood supply to antero-inferior part of the spleen.
Reduced blood supply can occur due to obstruction of splenic artery.
Splenic artery obstruction can be due to a blood clot, inflammation of splenic artery, or some kind of obstruction from outside.
Before splenic infarct is managed, it is important to know the cause of thickness of antrum of stomach, ist part of duodenum and ascending colon.
This thickening is suspicious of a growth may be a malignant growth.
You need to consult a gastroenterologist for assessment of this thickening by biopsy.
Splenic infarct can be managed by surgical removal of the infarct.
You can consult your gastroenterologist for this problem too.

Thanks and take care
