Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that the swallowing problem and the abdominal pain could be related to autonomic nerve dysfunction.

Anyway, I would recommend performing a new brain MRI in order to exclude a brain tumor which could be responsible for the difficulty in swallowing.

Regarding the abdominal pain, there is not too much to be done, besides diet modifications and antispastic drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
