What does it mean sinus rhythm long QTc: possible hypocalcemia or T-U fusion. Consider septal infarct though changes in V2 may be related to left ventricular hypertrophy which is also present left ventricular hypertrophy with secondary ST-T changes. Abnormal. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, sinus rhythm means the cardiac contraction impulses generate from the normal region of SA node, if the interval between Q wave and T wave is long then this could be due to low level of calcium (Not in the over all system but for the cardiac conduction ) there is one more wave which is seldom seen in EKG when the T wave time becomes longer then this U wave fussed with T wave this is not a significant findings, hope this information helps you have nice day.
