Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a gestational sac seen in the uterus - endometrial cavity.
2.There is yolk sac and foetal pole seen in the gestational sac - which is normal finding.
3.Heart beat is not seen - which can be normal at times.
4.Usually trans vaginally by 5.5 weeks and trans abdominally 6.5 weeks one should get the heart beat.
5.In your case every thing appears to be normal = for heart beat you need to get a followup scan after 1 week to 10 days to know the viability.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
