Thank you for posting your query. I can understand your concern for your mother.

Let me solve your queries one by one.
1. Ventricular rate - Normal
2. PR interval - slightly increased
3. QRS duration - normal
4. QTc interval - normal
5. Sinus rhythm - normal
6. RSR in V1/V2 - suggestive of right bundle branch block .
In RBBB, the interventricular septum (wall separating left and right chambers) is activated normally, and the electrical impulses travel rapidly down the left bundle branch to activate the left ventricle. But because the right bundle branch is blocked, the impulse then crosses from left ventricle to activate the right ventricle after a short delay.
Can cause skipped beats, etc. Not an uncommon event and considered harmless, but can be serious depending on circumstances.

The cause of the conduction defect, can include heart attack (MI) or ischemia (lack of blood flow) , heart failure, pulmonary embolism, or valvular disease. Worst case scenarios.

I cannot help you regarding the "heart test". There are various tests for heart like ECG , ECHO , stress test, angiography , MRI to name a few.

Hope this helps. You can post any other question.
