What Does Fever With Stomach Ache & Pain In Testicle Suggest?
My boyfriend has been feeling sick all day, he's gradually getting worse. His temperature is 102.0, he keeps complaining of a stomach ache, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but he's been complaining of his left testicle hurting, and for awhile now a back ache.

The symptoms of fever, stomach ache and testicular pain could be Epididymoorchitis. Its the infection and the inflammation of the epididymis and/or the testis. It can spread through urine infection or sexually transmitted infection, any surgeries, prostrate enlargement.
The treatment would be broad spectrum antibiotics and to treat if any underlining cause. So, consult a General surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

He should consider visiting his doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination and urinalysis. Imaging of the genitalia and blood tests may be needed depending on these results.
If an infection is present, he will need antibiotics.
