Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Muscle cramps are quite normal in diabetic patients. I recommend avoiding nimensulide. Instead magnesium and carnitine supplements can help improve the situation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
