Hi, Though symptoms like risen body temperature, increased appetite, some amount of abdominal cramps can be seen in pregnancy, but these symptoms themselves may not confirm the possibility of pregnancy. This type of symptoms can be seen in other conditions also like in premenstrual phase, hyperthyroidism, etc. As your urine pregnancy test kit gave the negative result, the possibility of pregnancy is less. Elevated serum bilirubin can be seen in cases of liver damage. But confirmation with blood test is better than depending on the urine strip test. Hence, it is better to get evaluated. Please consult your physician once, get examined and go for investigations like hemoglobin, blood sugar levels, thyroid profile, liver function tests.
