Welcome to Healthcare Magic
This could be normal seen immediately after menses indicating old blood being cleaned out, but could also indicate an irregular cycle due to hormonal imbalance or an infection. Keep the genital area clean. Drink plenty of water. Do you have excessive pain during menstruation. It is best you consult your Gynaecologist, get a thorough checkup, get a vaginal smear taken, a PAP smear as well, if any burning sensation on passing urine, even a urine routine test.
