Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and description, the possibilities include herpes zoster, insect bite reaction, irritant contact dermatitis and peadrous dermatitis.
Herpes zoster occurs in old age due to reactivation of herpes virus. You need to be treated with a course of antivirals like acyclovir.
Irritant contact dermatitis occurs due to external allergens like plants, counter irritant and pain killer balms and sprays. You could use a mild topical steroid- antibiotic combination cream.
Peadrous dermatitis occurs due to the bite of blister beetle. You need a course of antibiotics and a mild topical steroid cream.
Hope this throws some light on your condition.
Take care.
