What Could Swollen Glands In An Infant's Thigh After An Injection Indicate?

Hi

My 9 month old daughter has a swollen gland in the crease of her upper leg. She went for her injection almost 2 weeks ago. She is pulling on her ears and biting everything (but I guess that is from teething). Should I go and see a doctor or just wait it out? What is the cause of that?
