What Does A Rash On The Thigh Indicate?

What does it mean if I have a fishnet shaped(design) rash on my thigh and slightly on my other thigh. The fishnet rash is raised and quite exact. My thigh is swollen and my veins are swollen too. Please help me find out where this fishnet designed rash could be coming from. It has been present for a month getting increasingly more pronounced.

Hi rash may be due some allergy skin reaction so it present for more than month so don't neglect use local application like cradelex or dermacalm like skin lotions not subsiding consult once doctor
