What Could Spotting And An Endometrial Stripe (on 26th Day) Indicate, TVS Revealed A Possible Polyp Or Adenomyosis?

I am a 39-year old woman, just turned this past November. I have been dealing with regular, heavy periods since I can remember. I had a fibroid that is now very tiny and not a concern per my doctor. I went in for my annual pap and checkup. I told the doctor that I was experiencing spotting which is new, given it only occurred for one day, last cycle; however, during this cycle, it s been occurring since ovulation time. Yesterday, I had a transvaginal ultrasound that revealed a possible polyp or as a secondary diagnosis, possible adenyomeosis. She reported that it s hard to see given the thickness and will order a saline infrused ulstrasound, once I finish my period. I had a 22 millileter endometrial stripe. I was on day 26 of my cycle. Is this normal given the cycle day of 26? The doctor feels confident that it can be a polyp or the secondary diagnosis.

Hi,Welcome to health care magic forum.
The spotting and the changes in the periods may be due to the anemia, or infection,or may be a prjection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good health , resistance against the infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
