What Could Mid Sternal Chest Pain Be Along With Nausea,palpitation,diaphoresis And Dizziness With History Of Type 1 Diabetes,hypertension And Coronary Heart Bypass Surgery?

Experiencing midsternal chest pain characterized by a sudden onset and accompanied by nausea, palpitations, diaphoresis and dizziness. Past medical problems includes DM type 1 for 8 years and Hypertension for 10 years. Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (CABG) 6 years ago.

Dear sir/madam, history wise you have more than 3 risk factor I.e age,diabetes,hypertension, previous bypass surgery. Any chest pain in you should not be neglected. By your description the pain more looks like heart related. Its better to get evaluated by cardiologist. Get ECG, echo, tmt ( if needed ) and basic blood investigations ( RBS, UREA, CREATININE, HAEMOGLOBIN ETC ). Have a cardiologist opinion.
